The counter staff was courteous, efficient, and accomodating. I had a specific request that was optional but they worked hard to make sure it was fulfilled. They were very soft spoken and helpful, making cecking in and out a breeze.
The rooms are spacious albeit a bit dated. Everything was clean and in order. Well done, housekeeping!
Beds and pillows are comfortable and I slept through the night. The outstanding soundproofing also helped a lot.
The parking area is a bit hard to find.
Kajang are itself is quite hectic so the traffic around the area is not that stellar.
