The room was comfortable, clean and nice, The shower towels were very clean and very soft
The bathroom was very small; the shower tray was ridiculously small, and the shower curtain clung to your body whilst you were showering

The receptionist was lovely. Very helpful and since our room was free she gave it to us earlier. If they can accomodate you, they will. Room was lovely and balcony too.
Nothing in particular. Maybe a bit the gym should be more to date or repair some machines, but I understand if people dont use it often they wont prioritize it.

The staff were so kind and caring. The cleaners were amazing with warm smiles to provide clean and special room.
