Reserve una habitación con cama king size y no respetaron mi reserva, primero me cobraron y hasta después de cobrarme me dijeron que no tenían la habitación solicitada

The Restaurant was good und the staff was nice.
Looks better from the outside than from inside.
The room had no window to the outside, only to the hallway.
It was very loud, you could hear every word.
There were problems with breakfast because it was only included for one person, even though there were two of us. That makes no sense.
The bathroom was moldy.
