I liked the activities offered in addition to dinner and the Onsen.
The sauna was tiny! The curtains were dirty as well. I would stay again because it’s good value for what you get. Plus the location in Aso is perfect.

숙박한 1층은 다소 습하였고, 조식 / 석식 식당은 비좁고 붐비는 느낌이었습니다.

The onsen and pool area were wonderful. But what we loved the most were meals! It was he best hotel during our trip, I would like to go there again :)

One staff who made the effort to make good the initial disappointment.
The room that we first booked was in a sad state. Asked for an upgrade and I was willing to pay the difference but was flatly rejected at first. They mentioned they were fully booked but we could book a better room online...
