A beautiful property with all facilities. Sarah the receptionist was exceptional, she provided information help negotiate the city and recommended places to go and to eat. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely boutique hotel conveniently situated in the old town, with easy access to the train station and Taranto Centro. Nice room. Clean and tidy. Fabulous helpful staff. Fresh coffee with breakfast. Great restaurants near-by.

nothing too bad, nothing good
Before evaluating the hotel, I would like to report the following fact that occurred at the time the reservation was made through the Booking app. The reservation was made two months ahead of my travel, for 2 rooms for the period 20-27/04, with free cancelation. When I clicked to select the second room, I mistakenly selected only one of the two rooms with a non-refundable rate. I realized the error a minute later, and I immediately called Booking to inform them of the error, and they offered to contact the hotel to resolve the issue. The same day, I received a negative response about the problem, saying the hotel couldn’t do anything. I personally called the hotel the next day and received the same negative response. Since they refused to refund the money (I cancelled the room for free), I tried to negotiate and even asked them to split the 7-nights reservation into one room for 4 nights and one for 3 nights, which was also denied. I contacted them several other times, always with negative responses. After many calls, I learned that Booking could not accept two types of rates on the same reservation and, even so, they did not reconsider my case. At the end, I payed for 3 nights I did not use. There wasn’t any kind of understanding by the part of both Booking and the Hotel.
The hotel is regular and was very empty during my stay. In other words, my mistake, which was identified after 5 minutes, was not going to harm the hotel.
