Tokiwa Bekkan

Pobyt był NIESAMOWITY. Hotel jest przepiękny, bardzo zadbany, czysty, w tradycyjnym japońskim stylu z pięknymi ogrodami. Pokój był przestronny i czuło się w nim jak w Japonii z epok samurajów. Z pokoju rozpościera się widok na wewnętrzny ogród. Obsługa jest niesamowita, każdy gotowy do pomocy i rady jeszcze zanim się pomyśli by kogoś o coś poprosić. Każdego klienta traktują bardzo wyjątkowo. Bardzo dawno nie spotkałem się z tak ciepłym przyjęciem w jakimkolwiek hotelu. Obiekt zapewnia bilet na wszytkie onsen w miasteczku bez ograniczeń, a także oferuje swój własny, piękny onsen na terenie hotelu. Dostępny jest też także salonik z napojami w cenie. Hotel zapewnia transport tam i z powrotem do miasteczka.

Nie można powiedzieć złego słowa.

We were guests at the ryokan for 3 nights. We had a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly. We felt like royalty the entire time we were there. They fulfilled all our wishes before we even asked. There was always someone there to help us. Upon arrival, the team greeted us at the entrance and took us to our room without letting us touch our luggage, and upon departure, they offered us transportation to the train station. Transportation was provided every day if needed. Upon arrival, there is a shuttle bus at the train station that takes tourists to each ryokan for free. The food was delicious, and the presentation was very neat and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The quantity was more than enough. Especially at dinner, when we could hardly finish everything we were served. There are free drinks in the ryokan lounge - tee, coffee, water, beer, wine, soft drinks. From the room we had a nice view of the garden, which is very beautiful and well maintained. The room was a big nice decorated japanese style room, with tatami and fouton, very confortable and pleasant. All the public onsen are within a 10-20 minute walk. There is also the ryokan's onsen, but we did not visit it. The cable car to the mountain is 5 minutes away. We would like to thank the entire staff of the ryokan for our stay and we would definetly love to be able to return there. We give it 12 points out of 10

We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Wspaniała i przemiła obsługa. Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z taką uprzejmością. Szczególnie dobrze będę wspominać panią, która przynosiła nam posiłki do pokoju. Mimo bariery językowej robiła wszystko co w swojej mocy by się z nami porozumieć. :)
