Hotel Carina

sadly this was a necessary stop En route and was rather disappointing

we had to cancel our dinner booking which Madame was fine about but Monsieur took badly and was loud and voluble in French with his iPhone translator. The hotel is situated off a main road behind a disused filling station. The entrance is a little confusing and we went in the wrong way and almost drove into a large pothole. A man appeared and began shouting loudly and aggressively ( same man) We booked largely because of the pool which was completely opaque and clearly has a filtering issue. The room ( 8) faced the morning sun with no black out curtains so bright light pours in at daybreak. One pillow each, one was ok, the other had small foam balls in, v cheap. The sheets were nice white cotton, towels thin. Aircon good. Bathroom modern , clean and very good shower. The balcony chairs were dusty and unusable even had you wanted to look at a road and a bit of tree. There is nowhere to walk to but we drove to Rousillon which is a lovely place with excellent restaurants. As an accommodation provider and also inspector I hope this will create a fair view and that criticism can be taken constructively. It was not all bad, Madame was charming but on departure having returned the key to her ‘he’ appeared in the car park and demanded to know if we had left keys. He then glared angrily at us as we left….. clearly not his favourite guests of the week!

The couple who welcomed us could not have been nicer. The swimming pool was very nice and big. The room and breakfast selection were fantastic. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Clean, dark, quiet room with extra-comfy beds - we slept like babies! The proprietors are sweethearts - if you need anything, Jean-Claude (aka JC) will take care of you!

Very quiet and comfortable.

Eric and his wife are one of the nicest and caring people we have ever met! They couldn’t do enough for my mum and me, even became our personal chauffeurs! Hotel Carina has such a warm and inviting feel, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely also. We feel privileged to have stayed there!

De bereikbaarheid

Pas op wanneer je hier boekt .de kleine kamers staan vol met attributen die in de weg staan. Gekocht waarschijnlijk bij de action Tijdens ons verblijf viel er iets om .heel vervelend maar dat kan gebeuren. Bij het uitchecken werd er daarvoor 10 euro berekend. Wij hebben dit netjes betaald . Maar het gaf ons een naar gevoel. Zet een kleine kamer niet vol met nutteloze attributen. Daarnaast waren de koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer maar voor 1 dag , daarna waren de kopjes verdwenen. Al met al vertrokken wij met een onprettig gevoel uit dit hotel

La convivialité, la gentillesse des hôtes. Hotel très agréable avec la climatisation. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et dîner également. Nous pouvons juste recommander. La piscine est très agréable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pendant la période de canicule.

Couple de gérants très accueillant et sympathique.

L hôtel Carina est particulièrement bien situé au sein de la magnifique région qu'est le Lubéron. Un vrai petit cocon dans la nature.. l'accueil y est chaleureux, les petits déjeuners sont de qualité et les dîners faits maison sont délicieux. Les propriétaires sont des gens chaleureux à l'écoute de leurs clients. Le patron un véritable artiste.

La perfection n'étant pas de ce monde, je n'ai rien à redire quant aux prestations fournies par cet établissement.

Mooi familiaal hotel , mooi ingericht, de kamers ruim, met balkon, alles ok ! Airco in de kamers, een pluspunt! Gezellige achtertuin met lounge's waar je 's avonds nog kan genieten en 's morgens gezellig ontbijten. Niet zo ver van het centrum maar toch rustig gelegen.

Hôtel charmant ainsi que les hôtes. Correspondait à nos attentes et bien situé dans le Luberon.

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée.

Très bon accueil. La chambre était très confortable et correspondait à la description. La piscine est grande et très appréciable en cette période de l'année. Ce très court séjour d'une nuit a été bien agréable.

Rien en particulier.

Camera comoda e pulita. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Il letto alla francese, piccolo ma abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ottimo il parcheggio privato. Posizione comoda per visitare i borghi della provenza e l'abbazia di Senanque.

Buffet colazione scarso. Giardino poco curato.

Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw en heer, zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend. Een goede overnachting voor een goede prijs.

Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu erkunden.

Der Balkon konnte ab späten Nachmittag nicht mehr genutzt werden. Massen von Mücken und kleinen Fliegen haben das verhindert.
