Host was lovely as were the grounds.
The front room was not very well sound insulated from traffic noise. We were given the option for a room at the rear but underestimated how impactful it would be. Not good for light sleepers.

The room was very spacious and well appointed, with a lovely view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was nice and warm, even without the air conditioning on. The spa was a nice touch, as we had walked quite a bit during our 2 day stay. The location is great - close enough to walk 15 mins to dinner, but still secluded and quiet. There was a nice little cafe close that was recommended by our host which served a beautiful breakfast, which was right at the start of the Curtis Falls walk. The grounds and common area were very nice and welcoming also.
There were good amenities offered in the common area (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, plates) as well as in the room (tea/coffee, bar fridge). These were plentiful, but maybe a small breakfast option could make the stay better, but not essential.

Easy check in process, Owners/Managers of property were lovely with a lovely welcome gift, room was clean and quaint, the grounds were amazing to walk around or sit and listen to nature. Would book again
I don't have anything that needed to be changed.
We were very happy with location and outlook of property.
You will not be dissapointed.
