Cama aquecida, banheira, lareira e atendimento. O café da manhã estava muito bom, mas as opções eram limitadas e servidas diretamente na mesa.
Não tinha sinal de internet móvel nem telefone. O Wi-Fi funcionava apenas nas áreas comuns que ficavam distantes do chalé . Único meio de comunicação com a gerência era um rádio que nem sempre era atendido. A tv a cabo travada de 2 em 2 minutos. A questão da falta total de sinal deveria ser melhor informada.
