Close to transport. Free parking out the front. Cheerful staff member was a huge plus. Nice breakfast.
Awkwardly small showers. Steep steps to take luggage down to rooms.

The rooms were very cozy and comfortable, it was quiet despite a full B&B, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and very flexible check-in.
There was some small yellow rainboots that someone had forget, we wish the owner to find them ;((

The location is excellent - close to the city center - 15-20 min walking, close to Liseberg - 10 min by foot, close to the forest - 10 min walk, tram stop is 100 meters away. Location simply cannot be better.
Tee/coffee with cookies any time of the day.
Rooms are in the basement with tiny, semi-transparent windows. Sinks in toilets are tiny. No shower gel or shampoo in showers.
The house is old and squeaky, whenever anyone goes on the ground floor or stairs you'll hear it.
Breakfast is OK but not more than that - boiled eggs, yogurt/milk, musli, sandwiches and sad oranges and pears for the fruits and a bit of cucumbers and paprika for sandwiches...
