Good value. Excellent location. It is very close to the bus station (to both local attractions and to Fukuoka airport) and shops. Staffs are friendly and price is excellent for seaside view. Clean.

The property is a short walking distance to Beppu Station and it is convenient and well appointed. The staff are just exceptional, warm and friendly. We were greeted at the door and the staff were so eager to please and help whenever they could. The rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need. There is even a gym in the hotel which is fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was spacious with a private onsen in our room and a beautiful view of the bay. Watching the sunrise was amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is within walking distance from Beppu station with a lot of local grocery stores and restaurants. If we return to Beppu, we'll definitely stay here again.
