PALACIAL with folks that treat you like family the moment you walk in. A member of our party had lost a phone at our last stop - the staff arranged to have it delivered to us in hours. All the mouth-watering meals were served with smiles and great conversation. A member of our party was sick when we arrived, and they provided soups made just for him and tea, sometimes just out of the blue in case he wanted some. Everyone so was attentive. The rooms were unbelievable - huge and SO comfortable. EXACTLY what you want after some time in the desert! If you're looking for a place in the area, THIS IS IT, so much character and comfy appeal. Thanks to the staff, they made the stay!

I loved everything about my stay and I really appreciate it how much the staff cared for my husband who was sick with food poisoning.

Beautiful peaceful gardens filled with birds. Amazing rooms. Great atmosphere. Interesting neighbourhood.

Wir waren letztlich enttäuscht, das lag nicht an der Lage oder dem wunderschönen Ambiente, sondern ausschließlich an der angespannten Atmosphäre die von den Angestellten ausging. Durchschnittliche Begrüßung, unüblich für Marokko, dass kein Tee angeboten wurde, kein Hinweis, dass eine eigene Dachterasse existiert, verschmutze, unbequeme „Gartenstühle „, keine Handtücher am Pool, dafür extrem lautes Publikum, wohl dem niedrigen Preis geschuldet. Dinner begann mit extrem arroganten Kellner, Brotkorb wurde tatsächlich im Vorbeigehen auf den Tisch geworfen ! Allerdings sehr gute Harira, mäßige Tajine, aber leidlich ungute Atmosphäre zwischen den Kellnern. Frühstücksbüffet um 9:00 Uhr fast komplett abgeräumt, kein Kellner in Sicht, daher auch keine Möglichkeit eine Eierspeise zu bestellen. Buffet komplett lieblos. Never again!
