B&B Gattopardo

Di solito non scrivo recensioni né positive né negative, ma questa volta mi sento proprio di farla. Accoglienza perfetta. Host simpatico e disponibile. Camera pulita con una vista mare spettacolare. Torta fatta in casa confezionata su un vassoio con tanto di fiocco accanto alla macchina del caffè, con cialde che venivano aggiunte giornalmente. E per finire il ristorante in riva al mare dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e goduto di tramonti da mozzare il fiato. 10 su tutto

Un posto ideale per chi vuole relax totale . La posizione è ideale per chi come noi piace fronte mare che la notte con il balcone aperto senti le onde e l'odore del mare . Pulizia della camera impeccabile .

B&B Gattopardo's location could not be better, steps away from the beach, about as far south as you can go on the Italian peninsula. The beach was uncrowded, with boats and paddleboards and swimmers in the crystaline water. Cristopharo (our host) was a wealth of information -- extremely helpful on my mission to visit my grandfather's home village of Terravecchia. Our first floor room (the first floor above ground floor) was immaculate and comfortable, with sufficient space to move around. Directly opposite the B&B is Lido Gattopardo, a small eatery lodged on the beach, offering tasty Italian pastries and meals and alcoholic beverages -- my choice was Italian beer Peroni.. We ate there a few times and every meal was delicious. Free Wifi was most helpful. Cellular service was intermittent, limiting cell data usefulness. The cellular issue was not Gattopardo's fault, and we relied greatly on the Wifi availability.

Although the room was spacious, the furnishings were minimal, with places to hang clothing or store in drawers, but zero chairs. Also, there was no tea kettle or other provision to make tea or coffee in the room. Minor disappointments, not deal breakers at all.

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist echt toll. Zu dieser Zeit gibt es kein Frühstück (Nachsaison), aber ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es schönes Cafe direkt am Lungomare (kaum befahren). Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt der Lungomare und schöne Strände. Parken war vor dem Haus problemlos möglich (Ende September).

Eigentlich war alles wie beschrieben. Evtl. wäre ein Wasserrkocher im Zimmer nicht schlecht, damit man sich auch Mal einen Tee machen könnte.
