All of the hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, making our stay extremely pleasant. The facilities were amazing, and the breakfast was a true highlight of our experience. Eliana and Ana Luiza from the breakfast service were exceptional—they made the best omelettes and tapiocas we have ever had. They also ensured the breakfast buffet was always fresh, well-stocked, and beautifully presented. We absolutely loved our breakfast time each morning and looked forward to it every day. Room service was also excellent, and the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. We loved our room—it was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views that made our stay even more special. The pool service and massage services were equally impressive, adding to the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast staff hospitality were definitely the biggest highlights of our stay.

All of the hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and willing to help. However, there was a significant lack of communication regarding third-party services, which negatively affected our experience. Upon arrival, it was not clearly explained how the transportation from the airport to the hotel would work. As a result, we ended up on an extremely crowded public ferry with children, elderly passengers, multiple pieces of luggage, and even a 3-month-old baby. It was a very stressful way to begin what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. For our return trip, we made sure to clearly communicate our transportation needs and arranged for a private transfer all the way to the airport. Unfortunately, despite requesting that the hotel keep us informed, the staff failed to communicate the arrival time of our boat, creating unnecessary confusion. Another issue was the luggage transportation service between the beach and the hotel, which is only about 100 meters. When we arrived, there was no charge, so we naturally assumed the service was complimentary. However, when we were leaving, the third-party vendor unexpectedly charged us R$26 per bag, totaling more than R$260 for our luggage. We were completely caught by surprise because neither the hotel nor the vendor had informed us of these fees in advance. These third-party services may not be operated by the hotel, but guests book through the hotel expecting clear information. Costs, procedures, and any applicable fees should be communicated upfront so guests can make informed decisions and avoid unpleasant surprises.

We had a fantastic stay in Morro de São Paulo! The location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. A special thank you to Marislan and Ana Luisa, whose warmth, attentiveness, and friendly service made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The welcoming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made this the perfect place to unwind. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Nice place situated in between 2 beautiful beaches. Nice breakfast.

Location is not good at all. You really can’t relax at the beach as you really can’t swim there- rocks and during water flaw it smells very bad. Also if you want to relax at sun lounger hundreds of tourists who don’t stay at the hotel will be walking on your head, siting near you, yelling. Very annoying. So if you want quite relaxed rest I can’t recommend stay here. Same as you want active and loud rest as place is located far from center and restaurants. Staff doesn’t know English
