I went to Philea resort with my husband to relax. The place is nice and the staff is friendly. I also went to mini farm although the fruits season over. I definitely will go again next year 🥰

★★★☆☆ I stayed at Philea Resort recently and unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room and surrounding areas need serious improvement. There was quite a lot of dust in the room, including on the walls, furniture and equipment. The area in front of the room was also not well maintained and looked neglected. For a resort of this standard, I expected the rooms and common areas to be much cleaner and better maintained. The food selection was also quite limited compared to other resorts in the same category. I hope the management can review the quality and variety of the food offered. I was also surprised that the check-out time is 11.00 AM, which I feel is rather early for a resort. A 12.00 PM check-out would be much more reasonable for guests, especially those coming for a relaxing holiday. Overall, the resort has a beautiful concept and good potential, and the staff were great. However, housekeeping, maintenance, cleanliness and food variety need more attention from management. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. It would be a shame for such a beautiful resort to lose its appeal because of issues that can be improved with proper maintenance and attention to detail.
