The staff were extremely kind! Everyone was so nice. Truly the staff were the best part of my stay and better than the facilities or location. Thank you!
The bed was comfortable and there were 2 pillows for my single room, which I appreciate!
It was not as nice as other dormy inn's I've stayed in. I feel bad saying it because the cleaning staff looked like they were working so hard and literally running to be fast, but there was hair in my sink. Maybe they need to allow cleaning staff more time?
The women's onsen was small and had no cold plunge or outdoor bath. There were no massage chairs.
I chose the hotel based on other dormy inns I've stayed in, but it was not worth the price and disappointing in comparison.
