Hotel was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great!
We were half board and pretty surprised that the hotel don't serve any drinks at all with dinner. Not even water. We bought wine / beer with our food though, no issues. But on top of that, they wouldn't allow our kids to bring and use their water bottles at dinner. Felt a bit petty and not really putting guests first.

Staff were great, the hotel was clean and everything simple to get to. With a few minute walk to the beach the kids enjoyed the stay.
The roadworks been done caused some issues when trying to get a taxi to the hotel, onto a few days of disruption but apart from that it was great.

I travelled with two kids and the breakfast was good enough.
The beach is acceptable, but I'd recommend renting a car and exploring the island.
Also, there are many restaurants around and towards Cala Millor.
The personal was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to them!
The room was old. The electrical switch didn't work in the bedroom. Everything seemed old and not maintained. There was bad smell from the bathroom. For the price I paid, I'd expect to not have such issues.
