The staff are very professional and very accommodating. They let us checkin 3 hours early. The blonde in the reception is amazing aside from her superb communication skill, she let us use the first floor bath even when we already check out and given us new towels too.
The indoor pool is not open the entire 4 days that we were there.

Everything is well organized and customer oriented. Food was excellent, pool area is very good and clean and we very appreciate the quiet room facing the wood. Also, kids liked animation team.
Rooms could be a bit renovated but in general they are pretty solid.

Hotel was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great!
We were half board and pretty surprised that the hotel don't serve any drinks at all with dinner. Not even water. We bought wine / beer with our food though, no issues. But on top of that, they wouldn't allow our kids to bring and use their water bottles at dinner. Felt a bit petty and not really putting guests first.

I travelled with two kids and the breakfast was good enough.
The beach is acceptable, but I'd recommend renting a car and exploring the island.
Also, there are many restaurants around and towards Cala Millor.
The personal was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to them!
The room was old. The electrical switch didn't work in the bedroom. Everything seemed old and not maintained. There was bad smell from the bathroom. For the price I paid, I'd expect to not have such issues.
