A nice place to simply relax and tour the area. Everything was good: friendly staff, good food, comfortable room, very quiet, and a sparkling clean swimming pool (towels are provided with the room!). On-site restaurant has a very relaxed ambient testy food and nice wine selection.
You can reach Panzano by foot in 10-15 minutes. Just be aware that you have to walk alongside the main road (and it's uphill going there).
Lots of wineries in the area. Book a tour in one :)
Not much shaded areas around the swimming pool (but the water is very clean and refreshing)

Lovely deluxe bedroom with stunning views and also a gorgeous view from the pool. Really delicious food at the restaurant (we particularly loved the duck ragout) and fair prices. Easy to get to by bus (365A) from Florence, close to a few wineries that we could reach on foot, which was important as we didn't have a car, and also a 10-15 minute walk to Panzano town, which was lovely. All the staff were very kind and friendly as well.

It’s a big property located near lovely city Panzano, the area is super green- exactly what you would expect from this region 👌the villa has beautiful common areas where you can sit and relax.
The rooms are very small at least the one we had booked / received. To get comfortable book a room for 3 if you are with 2 . Walls are not isolated - so you will definitely hear your neighbors :) breakfast is quit limited and coffee didn’t taste Italian - I believe they use simple machine.
