The rooms need maintenance, our tv wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it, the curtain suddenly fall off and took long time to be fixed. The breakfast needs more international dishes for the tourists from other places.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous: 1. Private Beach & Views: The private beach is magnificent — extremely clean, with crystal-clear, warm water. The swimming views facing the lush green territory are breathtaking. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, both in the shade and in the sun. 2. Location Advantage: If you are traveling during the rainy season, this bay is a perfect choice. It is well-protected from the wind, so red flags are extremely rare here. 3. Territory & Funicular: The hotel grounds are huge, green, and beautifully landscaped with lots of relaxed lounge zones to unwind. Main buildings are on a hill, but an automatic funicular (tram) runs constantly, making trips down to the beach smooth and effortless. 4. Pools: There are two great pools — a cozy one right by the beach and a magnificent, large main pool near the reception and main buildings. 5. Historic Villa Restaurant: The beach restaurant is housed in an authentic, heritage Sino-Portuguese villa. The ambiance, interior, and food are exceptional, with top-class service. Fun fact: it was even featured in the filming of The White Lotus! 6. Incredible Breakfasts: Breakfasts are out of this world! Huge selection covering European, Mediterranean, and Thai cuisines — everything is fresh and delicious. 7. Outstanding Reception & Staff: The team is wonderfully warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Maggie at the reception — she is an absolute superstar! She has endless patience, explains everything clearly, and treats every guest with incredible care. 8. Our Room: We stayed in the furthest building just past the SPA area. Don't be afraid to book this building! It takes only 3–4 minutes to walk there. Even though it's technically sold without a specific view, we could still see the ocean, lush palm trees, and gardens. The room itself was stylish and luxurious. 9. Hotel App: They have a dedicated app (a first for us!), which was super convenient.

1. Full of Russians (but it’s everywhere in Phuket) 2. SPA Prices: The on-site SPA treatments are a bit pricey, so we skipped it. However, this isn't a problem at all because there are plenty of excellent local massage parlors just a 5-minute walk outside the hotel premises.

The staff were fantastic the room we had had the best veiw from a hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Next time we’re in Phuket we’ll be going back 100%
