Great location. Sound-proof because we barely heard the marketplace on Saturday morning. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

Dirty bathroom and seriously lacking provisions in the room

Location is really nice and convenient, cheap parking across the road too. Staff were friendly.

Dirty bathroom - brown splatter stains around the bath and some mess on the side of it. As for refreshments.... Pretty poor offerings tbh... 1 Earl Grey tbag, 1 Green tbag, 2 coffee sachets, 4 sugar cubes, no sweeteners, no milk. I even went downstairs to reception to ask for items we should have had to be told there were no normal tbags or milk. All I managed to secure was another coffee sachet and more bloody sugar!! I told them about the room and it's short comings, the lady at reception suddenly forgot how to speak English lol. Breakfast was pretty pathetic too. No eggs apart from cold hard boiled ones. No bacon or sausages. Stale cereal, stinky cheese and salami. Oh and cakes. They did have English tea for breakfast which leads me to believe she couldn't be bothered to look for them when I asked upon our arrival. Are we going to stay there again, not a chance. We love le touquet and we'll keep going back just not staying here again. Fortunately we only had to endure 1 nighg there.

A pleasant stay in a well situated part of the town

It’s location and was able to park right outside which was due to our late arrival as it was free until morning otherwise it would of been expensive and would of needed to hunt a parking place in the roads

The room was extremely small and tight but pleasantly decorated , breakfast was very basic with no white bread to toast , no fruit , a coffee machine only but the receptionist was first class

No parking & so they should give better guidance to Free or inexpensive parking. This could be easily done Decor & woodwork a little tired Common area needs a really deep clean & a refresh. Light bulb in my room was dead

Great location for this hotel. Right by the market and 5 mins from the beach. It was super clean but had the smell of old smoke when shut up. Bedding was mixed and a very smooth top sheet but bottom one rough. Staff super friendly and we took croissants up to our room as we like our own coffee.

Despite being a non smoking hotel there was a smell of stale smoke on the curtains and bed valance. The windows were difficult to open as previous curtain tracks still up.

Ok for a night, wouldn’t stay again.

Fairly close to the centre of town and the beach. Bed was comfy. We appreciated the fan in the room because it was extremely hot.

Parking isn’t great, we had to park a couple of streets away and were uncomfortable leaving the motorbike so far out of sight. The market sets up literally in front of the hotel, and the stalls were being constructed from 4.20am right under our window, meaning metal was being hammered, totally unacceptable and The stalls were still being set up at 8am. Staff in the hotel told us the next morning that by law they are only allowed to start making the market stalls from 7am and that we should have called the police. Realistically who would do that? Surely the night porter/on duty staff should take on that responsibility and not the guest. The room wasn’t very clean, the carpet was particularly bad. It took almost 10 minutes for hot water to come through the shower.

Avoid - total dump

The location is very central to the town but that’s the only good thing about staying here - avoid at all costs.

Staff that don’t look at you or speak to you as you enter/exit. No sound insulation between the tiny rooms at all (we could hear someone breathing loudly during their encounter). Dirty room with several broken items inside (lamp hanging off the wall by its wires, clock with no battery, mirror wonky because it had a broken mount, fridge door broken at the side). The pillows were very lumpy and cheap (maybe over washing?) and the room had barely enough space to move around in. Ahead of our visit it would have helped to have been given some helpful information about where to park for free etc as parking nearby can be confusing at first. The service was generally poor from start to finish with the desk staff taking no interest in welcoming guests. The friendliest person we encountered was a cleaner. We know this wasn’t an expensive hotel but it claims to have three stars and we should expect good service, a clean, quiet and fully functioning room regardless.

An excellent central hotel for beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.

A full continental buffet featuring excellent breads,croissants, jams and cakes. Ham,cheese, eggs and yoghurt were readily available.

There was a coffee machine but sadly no real coffee. A tasty cup of coffee would have made a real difference.
