Residence Bouganvillage

We had a really lovely stay at Residence Bouganvillage. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Check‑in and check‑out were both smooth and stress‑free, and we loved having the WhatsApp group — such a great touch!The pool area was always quiet, often just us or a few others, which made it perfect for relaxing. The nearby beaches are absolutely beautiful too.And as for the wonderful Massimiliano — he truly couldn’t do enough for us. He was our hero when things went wrong with our car hire, and throughout our stay he was just absolutely amazing. We honestly cannot thank him enough.We will definitely be back! x

The place had a porch which was nice to use in the evenings. Free nearby parking. Quiet area but sometime noisy neighbours. We had our own washing machine which was helpful.

We were asked to pay for extra toilet paper (only one roll is included). The water in the bathroom was not clean all the time, sometimes we washed our teeth in the kitchen. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. We had to meet several conditions to access the pool: a swimming cap is mandatory (of course they will sell you one), no inflatables allowed (because the pool is small), no access to the pool during midday, many others. We paid for the towels (10 Euros a set) We had to pay cash for the tourist tax. The Internet access is bad. According to their description: "WiFi is free up to 150 MB per person" Trash had to be sorted in 6+ bins and taken out in specific days. It's great that they recycle. It's not very pleasant to spend time on figuring out when to take out a specific type of trash like plastic or metal. They could have taken care of that themselves by alowing us to put the plastic/metal/glass in common bins. The location is far from the beach (~6 minutes driving) The reception has limited hours and there's only one receptionist. There is no partial refund if you don't like the place. Ask them to send all the house rules and pool rules before booking so you know what you get and read the fine prints on Booking.
