The hotel was perfect for my stay, its location. Staff fabulous, very helpful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. I especially enjoyed breakfast! I will definitely stay there again when I am in Wroclaw

the staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The location was good enough, within a short walk to the downtown.
I was really disappointed with hotel policy regarding the breakfast. When we arrived, a young lady at the reception told us that it was served till 10:30 am, and that's what the hotel booklet said too. But when we came to the area by 10:11 (having had arrived quite lately the previous day), it was all over and already unavailable - surprise, surprise! On the third morning - again a surprise - there was no buffet served anymore - we were just offered to order something; meaning we would have to wait for it... really inconvenient. All in all, we had breakfast at this hotel only once: it was decent, but modest, and exorbitantly priced, and there was no discount for children. I would advise you to stay at some other place, where the management would stick to their own schedule and would provide adequate breakfasts for adequate price, and in an orderly and timely manner.
