    I was amazed by the location, the room, we could cook, bake in the oven,... was less unnecessary rules and more facilities than some other accomodations I booked earlier. But the customer service doesn't pick up the phone. I wanted to ask for the direction of reception because was in another location from the building, but they didn't pick up, I asked people that were around and they directed me... Once I was in my room I wanted to ask for the WiFi password, but they didn't pick up either. Other things were good, except this... But anyways, I will book up again.

    The location was close to old city, and well connected by tram station.staff was help and helpful, and highly available. They served good breakfast with lot of veg and non-veg options. Only complain was that we booked double bed but got twin bed
