Best ever stay in a place outside home in 44 years life. Unbelievable

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary—truly one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you leave. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded anything we’ve experienced before. We were graciously offered an early check-in around 10:30 AM, and to our surprise, a very late check-out the next day at around 5 PM. That level of flexibility instantly set the tone for a relaxing, guest-centered stay. The attention to detail was remarkable. Guests are provided with beautiful Bvlgari tote bags and hats, and the entire minibar was fully complimentary—such thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for. The 24/7 butler service elevated everything, and our butler, Lanang, was simply exceptional. He went above and beyond in every way, even surprising us with a special gift of two elegant Bvlgari cups and saucers after noticing how much we enjoyed herbal tea. By the end of our stay, he truly felt like a friend. The experiences offered were just as memorable. We participated in two incredibly lively yoga classes and enjoyed a spa treatment that genuinely helped relieve my chronic pain—something I deeply appreciated. The purification ceremony, led by an actual Balinese Hindu priest, was profoundly moving and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The villa itself was stunning. Every space—the room, the pool—offered pristine, magnificent ocean views that felt almost surreal. Dining was another highlight, with every restaurant serving delicious, high-quality food in beautiful settings. Even the logistics were seamless. Check-in and check-out were handled effortlessly right within the villa, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s difficult to put into words just how exceptional this property is. Every moment felt thoughtfully curated, every interaction warm and genuine. This was more than just a stay—it was an experience we’ll never forget.

Top hotel I have ever been. Outstanding personal approach from everyone. This was really exceptional. Next to, it personal concierge Jun did extra-mile and arranged everything what we requested in 5 star quality. Overall staff was outstanding - always with smile. Amazing breakfasts. Francesca - chef in fine dining also excellent. General manager stopped by and said hello. Place - quiet, relaxing, very comfortable.

Access to beach and beach activities under construction and we were not notified while we were booking. Menu in the restaurant could be more variable.
