Etno Garden Apartments

Incredible location, particularly for the third Plitvice entrance. Restaurant was great staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The only thing was that wasn’t great is Google maps took us to the wrong address based on the link from Booking.com. When I looked at the address link that the hotel had sent me directly it was correct.

Perfect location for visiting Plitvichki lakes. The place is situated on a short walking distance to exit Flora. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is cosy, very nice furnished and clean. Our house has a common terrace with outdoor furniture where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the greenery around. Large parking space. The restorant inside is a bit tiny but we had a dinner outside where is very pleasant. Our dog also likes this place.

It's not a big issue but in the bathroom miss the necessary equipment to put a spoon, shampoo and as as well my cosmetics.

We had a wonderful stay at Etno Garden Apartments. The location is unbeatable—right outside Plitvice National Park, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the park early and avoiding crowds. The apartments were very comfortable, clean, with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to departure. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and it was well worth it—a good spread with plenty of options to start the day before heading into the park. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Plitvice. Highly recommend!
