Location was fantastic,we used the executive lounge and found that excellent and your staff employee Kathleen was exemplary

And in the shower around the top of the tiles and stating to appear on other areas was mould

Overall, the stay was okay. The staff were friendly and available, and the location is very convenient, close to the Underground and many popular spots.
However, I was a little disappointed with the room, as it was quite dark and had very little natural light. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. I had chosen an upgraded room category, so I was expecting a slightly better experience. I’ve stayed at two other Leonardo hotels before and had really positive experiences, so this stay didn’t quite meet the same standard for me.
