Great location, decent size rooms and the shower was amazing.

We came back from Hell’s Kitchen at 10.30 and we wanted to try out the roof top bar only to be told on arrival by the door staff “no entry after 10.30” even tho we could have booked a slot on the website and when I relayed this to the staff in the lobby we were told “ah yes there may have been a private function on however the website doesn’t get updated” Overall it was very clean but the grout in the shower needed replacing or cleaning and if the shower door is open even slightly the shower floods the bathroom and there is no drain in the floor external to the shower.

Comfortable and relaxing

Breakfast could have been better. They ran out of eggs

Loved the room and bed so comfortable had best nights sleep in months. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Upon arrival was told our room had been allocated to someone else as there was a cot in it. Had to wait at reception whilst two employees ( firstly a trainee named Catherine and then another colleague who came to help her) searched the computer whispering amongst themselves trying to find another room for us and making us feel they were doing us a favour! Not what you need after a day sightseeing in London.

Great location, easy check in, including glass of fizz. Swimming pool, sauna. Steam room in basement- all good.

Keen for a lie in, this was terminated with the cleaner knocking on the door early in the morning. She didn’t seem to care and just walked off. They need a system that can tell when a room has been checked out of. We didn’t put a do not disturb sign up but we only wanted a lie in until 9:30. That spoiled the experience.
