Great location, excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff, good size room, clean and modern hotel
The shower is over the bath which might be an issue if you have mobility difficulties

Stayed in a Club room with lounge access on 10th Floor; Room was a decent size but smaller than many other Club rooms in other hotels; very clean and comfortable; bed slightly on the hard side ; Bathroom clean and good amenities; evening lounge buffet amazing and extensive selection of food provided. Nice views from balcony outside; Staff all super helpful and friendly
Bathroom is small, shower over bath a little messy with water ending up on floor;

Most everything apart from below
The club lounge cocktails on offer were too limited. Same one every night 😞

Club lounge very good. Staff mostly friendly.
We were talked into upgrading the room. I take responsibility but the receptionist didn't speak English very well so I misunderstood him and thought it a good deal. It was incredibly expensive for what it was. I would avoid this place. There are plenty of cheaper options, with HCM being so affordable to charge these prices is just unreasonable.
