Friendly staff. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they had a room for us by noon time. The other plus is that the metro 1 line entrance is right outside the doors.

The room is very small, the bed was not comfortable, the shower water leaks out of the shower and there were no wash clothes but the only soap to wash your body was body wash.

Clean and right next to a metro

Poor breakfast. Small rooms. Needs new beds. Price for value is way off. This is a EUR 80 per night maximum hotel. And that should be for double occupancy and a real breakfast.

No bar Noisy downstairs at 4am on a few occasions.

Close to Estrecho metro station. Aldi one block away. Large memory foam pillow, but would have preferred 2 medium sized ones. You can ask to use a fridge behind the front desk. Lobby and common areas are nice enough. Staff were friendly.

I know Madrid hotels are expensive, but I expected a bit more for the price we paid. Too noisy! We were in a room facing the street. It sounded like the cars were in our room. If you stay here ask for a room AWAY from the street. Beds were VERY firm. Old style blankets and bedspreads.Towels were frayed. Shower head sprayed water everywhere. The jest need to be cleaned. Shower doors did not prevent water from coming underneath and flood the floor. No kettle or coffee. Sink/faucet design makes washing difficult.
