    The location is right in the heart of the city with easy access to the tramway. Moreover the breakfast was outstanding and the staff was really friendly. Highly recommended

    Loving the hotel for its close proximity to Hagia Sofia. And yet we still get the feel of quiteness as the hotel is a quiet alleyway. The staffs were so helpful and friendly. Travelled with my parents who are in their 70s and 60s. Room was spacious for 3 people. Toilet is modern and updated. Cons: The hotel is an old building and has no elevator. Parents struggle a bit to climb up to our room on the 3rd floor. But again hotel staff were nice to take care of all our luggages and arrange for our airport transfers. Tips: Highly recommend the hotel for 1-2 nights stay if you want to explore Sultanahmed area. Going in and out of the area can be nightmare with public transportation. Staying here and able to catch early entrance to Hagia Sofia, Cistern Basilica & Topkapi Palace. These places will be packed by 10am.

    TERRIBLE accommodation - 1. Bedding had BLOOD stains on them as well as other stains. 2. Cleaning service did not tidy up well (cups that were used in room were merely just rinsed and still had coffee marks on them ) . There was no changing of bedding throughout my stay (6 days) 3. Towels were torn 4. The breakfast buffet was such a small selection and when asked to accommodate my preference in eggs they refused and said I would have to pay an additional fee 5. The room was hot (I stayed here in winter) 6. The staff were not welcoming at all. I was received with barely a greeting. 7. We stayed on the ground floor next to the reception which was terrible as we could hear everything that happened there . Guests checked in early one morning and disturbed my sleep around 2am. Terrible terrible terrible. Overall a terrible experience and I have no idea why people give this place such good reviews it’s actually quite suspicious considering how terrible this place is. The location is wonderful however the cons outweigh the pros .
