"Everything was 110%! The staff always went above and beyond to help. The room and view were sensational- watching the sun rise. The beach was stunning with so many local ones to drive to as well."

The setting is absolutely stunning. The beach is beautiful, the sea views from our room were exceptional, and the hotel is set in a fantastic location. Our room was bright, spacious and very clean, and despite some maintenance issues, the view alone made it a pleasure to stay in. The staff were consistently friendly, polite and welcoming throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attitude and willingness to help. The grounds are attractive, the pool is lovely, and the resort has the foundations of a fantastic five-star destination. With its location and natural beauty, it has enormous potential.
While the location is exceptional, the overall experience didn’t consistently feel like a five-star Hilton. There were several maintenance and operational issues that detracted from our stay. On arrival, our room key cards didn’t work, so we were let into the room and then waited around 40 minutes for replacement keys. We also had unnecessary difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi, requiring multiple calls to reception before we were finally given the correct access code. The room itself was clean and bright but felt tired and in need of refurbishment. During our stay, the shower door came completely off its runners and almost fell on me, the air conditioning was so noisy on the first night that it sounded like a helicopter and required maintenance, and the hairdryer smelt strongly of burning plastic when used on the hot setting, to the point that it felt like a genuine fire hazard. The food was the biggest disappointment. Breakfast was adequate but the restaurant was consistently uncomfortably hot, with very little air circulation, and overlooked an unattractive concrete area rather than making the most of the beautiful surroundings. Dinner was underwhelming, with limited, uninspiring dishes that didn’t reflect a five-star standard. We also ordered room service one evening so we could make the most of the beautiful view from our room instead of eating in the hot restaurant. While the food was acceptable, the portions were surprisingly small. The spaghetti was very average, particularly for Italy, and the club sandwich contained so much mayonnaise that it became unpleasant to eat and actually left me feeling unwell. The beach itself is spectacular, but the service and food offering are a missed opportunity. There was very little available beyond drinks and a small selection of food, and a simple Caesar salad consisted mainly of lettuce with dry chicken.

This resort is perfectly located between the crystal clear blue waters and luscious nature. The resort is well maintained, kudos to the gardening team! The breakfast spread was superb and fresh. The staff are welcoming and always wish to help where they can. We also liked that we could continue using the facilities after check-out. It is easy to get to and from the beach and the beach bar + on-site bathroom is a major bonus. The gym was clean and contained a lot of useful equipment. Lastly, the buggy service was super convenient, especially during the warmer climate.
When we checked into our room, we noticed the floor was not cleaned properly. To participate in activities such as the sauna, tennis, padel etc. you need to pay an out-of-pocket fee of minimum €45, ideally these activities should be included in the accommodation costs. Additionally, the dinner set menu is expensive given the small food quantity provided I.e if you order the chicken skewers, you will only receive 2 medium-sized skewers and no side. When you’re paying €45 for 2 courses (most likely dinner and dessert given the large complimentary bread basket that’s provided before your main meal), the food portion seemed unreasonable.

The Resort had just reopened for the new season so we were almost alone and they upgraded us with a better view. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and warm. Very well located on this side of the Island, close to everything and to beautiful beaches. There was amenities and activities we could not try but only because of the weather (lots of wind and medium temperatures). Everything felt serene and relaxing. The resort has 2 private beaches and that made all the difference!! Overall it was a good experience and would go back.
I did not like the food so much, except the breakfast which was great. And it was super expensive compared to local restaurants. We had good dishes and medium ones but in the end prices were a bit higher, which is quite normal for higher-end resorts...

The facility was clean and the water view was nice.
I believe the advertising of this facility could have been better. The only way to get around the "campus" is by shuttle which is basically a long golf cart. To get the cart reception had to be called. The carts were timely but you could not go to reception or to the dining area without them. We were able to walk to the beach entry but other rooms would need the shuttle. The beach was difficult to get to due to the climb down the stone and wood steps which felt dangerous. There was no bathroom at the beach without a climb back up the steps. Additionally, no staff came around to see if food or drink was wanted. The room was terribly small and we had a "deluxe king room." We could not even open two large suitcases without blocking part of the room. Even then one suitcase had to be put on top of the desk. There was nothing "deluxe" or "king" about the room. The breakfast required the shuttle and went until 10:30am. The staff did not re-stock the food near the close and all the food disappeared at 10:30am sharp. It seemed the facility was short on staff and I would imagine that was due to the closeness to the end of the season. We ate on campus twice but the best meal was outside the hotel at Mirage. I am a Hilton Honors member and have never been disappointed by a facility until this trip. In sum, we were extremely disappointed. The rating I am submitting is stating it was a "7" but I would say it is more like a "5."
