Nice spot south of town. Quiet complex with nice views and a local pier bar/restaurant very close.Views are great, however beach is just for viewing - not a swimmable area due to sea wall.Can’t tell this from listing photos. Pool is nice and condo had everything we needed to make meals as desired.

This is a very nice complex a short drive south of San Pedro. The most important thing to us was cleanliness (not Covid cleanliness - just plain cleanliness) and our room was definitely clean. Having said that the facility is definitely starting to show its age. Paint is peeling in the rooms in several locations and a couple places on the ceiling. The shower head was broken and you could kind of hang it up on a plastic hook as long as you stood next to the wall you could almost get wet. The bed was very firm, which was fine for us, but possibly not everyone's thing. Those are nits.
The truly aggravating issue was that the transom windows in the bedroom had no blinds or coverings and there was a security light outside this particular condo that was distinctly bright. :(
