Private and safe, well kept inside and out. Great shade and porch with trees surrounding.

Ein sehr großzügiges und komfortabel ausgestattetes Haus, in dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Die Fahrräder waren eine schöne Ergänzung und sehr praktisch. Der Besitzer ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, jederzeit gut erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihm war sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Flughafen sowie eine Diskothek, die bis kurz vor Mitternacht geöffnet ist, wodurch gelegentlich Geräusche zu hören sein können. Für uns war das jedoch kein Problem, da wir nach unseren Ausflügen meist sehr müde waren und trotzdem gut schlafen konnten.

The house is absolutely fantastic though if you have mobility issues the staircase going upstairs to the bedroom would be difficult. There are a couch and air mattress to use on the first floor if needed. Full kitchen. Coffee provided! There are a washer and dryer on the back porch! It is half hour walk into town and fifteen minutes to a large grocery store. The house has bicycles for you to use.

The things we didn't like had nothing to do with the house. The weather was very rainy so, as the hosts explained in advance, the puddles turn into mosquito factories. Time your stay for the dry season. Plastic sheeting on the windows kept out midges (they can get through screens) and kept in the wonderful air conditioning. You are very close to the airport (which has the potential to be very convenient if you arrive/depart that way and didn't bother us because we live near one at home). If you love going out late to bars with loud music you will be happy to find one conveniently located across the street. If you don't, bring ear plugs.
