Nice room with period touches, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Perfect location to visit sightseeing’s of both banks. Extra close to Prazsky Head. Comfortable, clean, there is a teapot with tea and coffee which I always find an excellent add on to any hotel room facilities. People are extremely friendly and happy to help with any of personal requests. Everyone smiles all the time. Fabulous breakfast, I’m a very picky person when it comes to breakfast and in this hot everything was just perfect - good variety of food, not too many to get lost not to less where you don’t know what to eat to stick to your diet. Hotel and rooms are clean and good looking with Baroque style inside. Extra appreciation to Lina who represents hotel at reception, she is nice and kind, and she was suggesting solutions even before I’ve formed my request. Lovely service! I would recommend to everyone to choose this hotel.

The style of the rooms

Location was good in terms of the distance from the palace. Buffet staff was very friendly.

The furniture in the room was very old. There was no key to the room, I had to dial in a passcode every time I entered. The reception only works from 7am till 7pm. The bathroom was not very clean, there was only boiler there which is not the most conducive to taking a nice hot shower. Towels were old, bedding had some old stains on it. The sliding door between the entrance space and the room itself was very heavy and apparently malfunctioning because opening and closing it was an ordeal.
