Great location in Krabi, we were staying for one night, before continuing our travels. It was great for the walking market, temple and a walk along the river. Friendly staff as well.
Not sure there was a lift, heavy bags up the stairs (minor issue though) - I am sure if I had asked, they would have helped.

Good location and clean room
Air conditioning was almost non-existent. Even after raising it with the staff, nothing much was done.
