Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist schön mit schönem Blich über Herrenalb. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Von allem etwas da.
Hatte ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Zugegebenermaßen gibt es modernere oder stylischere Hotels. Das Fidelitas ist aber sehr gemütlich und vor allem das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich.

A true family-run hotel located a few minutes' uphill walk from the centre of the small town. From the old photos on the walls to the well-tended colourful garden, Fidelitas is a delight. Most of all, the kind attention of Frau Lacher, who goes beyond the normal to please her guests.
The home-made jams that feature in a generous breakfast buffet are excellent. We used to stay in hotels like this when I was young - it is good to know that traditional standards can still be found.
The view from the room was lovely, as was the birdsong every morning and evening. A superb base for the many beautiful walking trails in the area.
Really, nothing. Please be aware that although the hotel has a lift to access the bedrooms, there are four or five steps from the entrance to the reception lobby.
