About this apartment rental
Mariner's Point 3 BR 2 BA condo on 3rd TOP floor (behind Lost Treasure Putt Putt) in Salter Path, NC (5 minute drive to Atlantic Beach and to Emerald Isle) with amazing view of sound. Complex has pool, grilling areas, tennis court with pickleball nets and public beach access is directly across street. No elevator but view is worth the 3 flights! 2 KING bedrooms and 3rd BR has accordion doors with trundle bed. Kitchen and back BR freshly painted and updated. Kitchen freshly painted with granite. There is bar seating with 3 bar stools.
Balcony has table for 4 and 2 additional tall chairs for 6 to sit.
There is a table with a chair for working in the main room and also in the master bedroom. The chair is in the closet.

The property owner gave great information and did a great job keeping us informed. The place was clean and neat. It had a home feeling which made our stay even better. The owner was nice enough to warn me of of the steps. She was right. I found out she was honest. I am out of shape and she told me to pack light.....lol.My wife was recuperating and enjoyed every minute. She had a great friend drop by and they had the best time. The balcony was their territory.

This property was pretty nice. The location is great and it has a pool and a good area to put in kayaks. Overall the apartment was nice. However, overall There needs to be newer or cleaner looking pots and pans and kitchen utensils for use. Did not use the dishwasher because it look like it was on it’s last leg and was not very clean. Everything else however appeared to be clean. The owners were easy To work with and communicate. I would not be against coming again if kitchen cookery could be updated or newer
