The location is in the city, not far from the beach within 10 min. Though the hotel did not provide breakfast, nearby there is Tim Sum and other street food comfort for daily meals. In case you rent a car, parking is quite comfortable and safe under shading.
The hotel, mostly, serves groups of students, so sometimes you may find it noisy during your check-in time. One elevator may not enough if you have lots of staff during your checkout time.

Very strategic location, near Songkhla Night Market and clock tower, and 7 Eleven is just beside the hotel, very convenient to buy some snacks or drinks when you need.
The room is also very big, sound proof, didn't hear any noise while sleeping in the room. The reception staff can speak English, and it's very nice that they let you check in early, very good service.
Need to prepare 500 baht cash deposit, will refund when you check out.

Location is good for walking around. Room was clean. Quiet.
The staff did not seem to care. They did not have an ice machine or ice available. Told us to go to 7 Eleven. Whenever there was a request, we were told NO. Soap in shower was not good. Basic hotel, but for very little expense, they could make it better.
