Wonderfully updated 2BR/2BA with additional sleeper sofa in FR and nice bunk room, making room for 8! Unit #1327 offers 3 smart TV’S and a fully equipped kitchen.
Relax on the oversized balcony which overlooks Pineapple Willy’s, ground level pools, and the beautiful ocean!
Wake up each morning from your king sized bed in the MB and enjoy your ocean view.
LakeTown Wharf Resort offers 5 pools and 2 hot tubs including a 10th floor pool and hot tub conveniently located to the unit.
This kid friendly resort includes a putting green and a splash pool. This is a great location to Mini golf, Wonder works, and Ripley’s Believe it or Not.
In addition you will have access to a 2 story fitness center.
The Ground floor offers many treats including an ice cream/candy store, the popular Mexican restaurant Juan Taco, one of the best seafood buffets in PCB at The Wharf Restaurant. Newly opened is 810 Billiards and Bowling which offers arcade, bowling, billiards, ax and dart throwing, and sports simulators. Food and drinks available as well as many TV's to watch your sporting events.
Convenient hair and nail salon is also on the first floor!!
In addition to all of these amenities, enjoy the light show on the lake each evening and a great location in Panama City Beach to many more restaurants and family fun activities.

Additional fees for Cleaning, Soon after booking, you will receive an email which will allow you to register individual guests that will be staying in the unit. You must pay a property management fee at that time which will allow use of pools, parking, and fitness center.
Once registered, you can print your parking passes. If you arrive without parking pass, you will be provided a temporary pass until you can get pass printed at Concierge Desk (open 9am - 10pm).
Wristbands will be located on the kitchen counter. These wristbands are reusable; they must be left in the unit on the counter upon departure. There will be a $35 charge for each missing wristband. Wristbands can and should be replaced if lost for $25 at the Concierge desk. Please be responsible with the bands so we can keep the costs associated with the bands to a minimal level.
Property Fees are $100.41 which includes use of facilities and parking.

This room was more beautiful in person and although across the street from the ocean, has an unobstructed view of the ocean right over pineapple willy's. Check in was super easy as we printed off a parking pass and had the code to the door before arriving. The resort bracelets were on the island which are needed for resort amenities including the private beach access. There is plenty to do and places to eat that you don't even have to leave the resort if you dont want to. The room was super clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and even a couple beach chairs. We didn't even need to buy toilet paper til the last day as the supply a starter pack of a few rolls. There are reviews of the resort complaining about elevators but as long as you don't go at peak times, we didn't have that much wait time. Overall, this is one of the better condos we've stayed in and would stay again!

The host was wonderful to my family and I. The only thing we did not like, was the elevators as they take forever. I would stay here again!

Location was the best thing about it. Needed some maintenance and cleaning. Found a PB&J sandwich beside the couch when we arrived and balcony door from living room would not latch. Check spring break schedules from around the area before booking.
