Very close to the Hauptbahnhof and only a short walk into the old part of town.

Very clean, decent sized room, not noisy, close to train station and grocery store.
Charged extra for coffee, towels, sheets. No staff ever at desk; you had to ring a buzzer to get anyone, which is annoying if you just have a question or want advice. The first night I had food I wanted to refrigerate but couldn’t find anyone to get into the kitchen, because it’s locked like everything else. Next day when I got the key to the kitchen the refrigerator was empty and the door was open. No one around to ask if it worked. 2nd time throwing my food away!! They really need full time front desk help.

Very helpful staff. Central location. Clean and fresh decoration.
Booking dot com does not show the charge for sheets and towels. Perhaps include the charge for sheets in the price.

Extra payment needed for towels, sheets 🙄 after the charges, I could have stayed in a hotel with breakfast
