Very nice staff, great location and nice rooms

Location - very close to beach. Nice restaurant with ok breakfast. Took a 30min beach walk to the port where there are some more restaurants.

Had problems with AC.

The breakfast was a decent one. It was small, but expected in Italy, and everything was delicious. The pool is a decent pool with some gym equipment and a sizeable jacuzzi next to it. The restaurant and the kiosk next to it made it very easy for us to have lunch. The access to the beach and the beach itself were stunning. The place was impeccably clean and the views from the hotel were beautiful.

The bathroom needs a good refurbishment, especially the shower, which had a clogged drain and took some time to drain. The TV remote wasn't working well either, but it didn't bother me much as we weren't there to watch TV.

The location is great right next to the beautiful Campulongu beach. The onsite parking was comfortable. The breakfast was good; the croissants were delicious!

For the cost of the hotel I expected a higher class service and more value for the money. The back side from our balcony looked like a storage for all sorts of random items; not a pleasant view. This area could be tidied up, and the garden furniture sanitised. My husband’s back smelled like a sweaty old man every time he sat out there in those plastic chairs. And he is definitely not a sweaty old man. At breakfast I would suggest to start using glass cups instead of plastic ones. I also didn’t like the idea that you have to pay for the beach beds even if you are a paying guest of the hotel. Therefore I suggest to bring your own umbrella and beach towel. We were told that there was no food served at the pool, so this was also a downside for us. I could hear all neighbouring people’s conversations.
