The property is clean and staff was really good and approachable
Didnt like that there was only one buffet open and no reservations for anything but the Japanese restaurant despite trying to reserve right away. There were A LOT of amenities closed and the beach was not clean for people to get in. There was also a leak in the room’s AC that was becoming dangerous.

on sale at the time. huge. beautiful vegetation. waterpark enjoyed by the kids.
staff point fingers whenever you need assistance. they point you to different direction for help. only the receptionist can speak with minimal english. it was bad that we wanna check out a day earlier. but they couldnt help. nobody knows what to do.
