Nice swimming pools, thematic restaurants, food variety.
Elevator in the building not working, some staff not polite, the day I left the air conditioning in the restaurant was off and it was supper hot.

Woodley and Víctor were super helpful and courteous
Too many phone calls to the room
Too many restrictions with the times to eat, the pool and others.

on sale at the time. huge. beautiful vegetation. waterpark enjoyed by the kids.
staff point fingers whenever you need assistance. they point you to different direction for help. only the receptionist can speak with minimal english. it was bad that we wanna check out a day earlier. but they couldnt help. nobody knows what to do.
