A beautiful guesthouse where we felt at home. We had a very spacious room with a nice view of the garden, unfortunately the weather was not so good so that we could not use the outdoor pool. The breakfeast and the friendleness of the staff were the highlights for us.

Chere and Calvin are fantastic hosts from our welcome, check in, breakfast until we left. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, and extremely comfy beds. There is a very nice patio to sit on for a drink (honesty bar) n the evening before going out for dinner. Chere suggested a fabulous restaurant called Christelles for the most incredible dinner! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we loved it and we will be back.

Very nice stay for 2 nights on arrival into South Africa, only 2 1/2 hours from Cape Town. The room was comfortable with robes and slippers and staff were very friendly. Good choice at breakfast and the cooked breakfast is very well cooked and served in a conservatory overlooking the garden. Good pizzeria next door serving excellent food, best pizza and pasta of our trip.
Need to drive to go to other restaurants as it's located at the far end of town. Sadly we had couples with babies take over the pool and garden during our stay so it wasn't as peaceful as we had hoped for, especially given the rooms overlook the pool so it was hard to escape the noise.
