I loved the wait staff, the breakfast, and the scenery. The staff were so nice, and there was just one receptionist the one I explain in our issue who we didn’t like, but everyone else was lovely!!
When we first got there they put us in a room filled with bugs, dead bugs on the walls, mosquitos flying around, stink bugs everywhere. It was like we were camping. I couldn’t believe it. We asked about the issue, and the receptionist gave us spray and said this is just what Tuscany is like. I said, defn not what 300+ Euros a night should be. So we complained and after some back and fourth they agreed to move our room. The other room was significantly better, cleaner, smelled better, and no bugs!! I don’t understand why that happened, but if you go, defn don’t let them do that.
Also the pool was not heated, that is not ok if youre paying tons of mula to stay there.

The hotel itself is as beautiful as the surrounding landscape and perfectly blends into the Tuscan scenery. It offers everything you would expect from a five-star hotel, including an excellent restaurant. Personally.
I would have appreciated a gym, although there is a walking trail that provides a good opportunity for physical activity.
