The location is perfect, it is next to the forest. We went cycling and walking, enjoyed the nature. The rooms were very clean, seemly redecorated recently (not for sure). We like the food also, although there was limited choices for diner, the quality was good and tasteful. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Some of the hotel rules were not clearly written, it caused confusion, but with a little explanation it was solved satisfyingly.

Normally a wonderful place but this time not that good
This time dinner & service was not as good.
Service restaurant. Seemed they had forgotten me.

All levels of service was exceptional, from management to support staff. The room was comfortable and clean.great breakfast. The location is also very nice. I could charge my EV

Location and carpark
The property is getting older without upgrades for some years now. Mattresses on the beds need to be replaced.
That cleaning needs to be requested on daily basis is just ridiculous, that does not speak service.
