Very comfortable and clean room
The wifi is spotty so this isn't a good work hotel. Also you need a car if you're staying here as it's at least 30 minutes walk away from most interesting things

I really liked the enormous free parking area. The breakfast was beautiful and very good. The location is easy to reach and very close to the motorway.
Everything was good, just the cleanliness of the room could be slightly improved

The restaurant is great. They have a huge, free parking, which is very rare in Utrecht.
It was quite dirty.
We had issues with our payment. When we checked in the person at the front desk didn’t know the difference between a credit card and a debit card and we ended up being charged twice, once when we arrived and once when we checked out. We had to wait more than two weeks to get our money back and the people at the hotel refused to speed up the process.
