With a view like this, you could forgive almost anything—but there was nothing to forgive. Easy access, secure bike storage, a clean room, a good breakfast, and a friendly host made for a great stay. The only thing I missed was a glass in the room, although I may simply have overlooked it. And that view was absolutely unforgettable!

The surroundings are beautiful. The local marmalade that we bought from the motel.

The description of the apartment on Booking does not match reality. I booked an "apartment" described on Booking as having a bedroom and a separate living room. In reality it was only one room (equipped with a kitchen) with 3 beds and a private bathroom. There was no living room. The mattresses were of very poor quality, everything was old and shabby. For breakfast we were brought a platter with cured meats and a few slices of cheese, a few slices of tomatoes, a boiled egg, some butter, marmalade and a yogurt. Coffee at your discretion from the automatic machine.
