Large clean room. Room number 8. King bed was two large singles put together but they were very comfortable, quite firm and with very nice quality crisp and clean linens and pillows. We had a huge SMART TV right in front of the bed with access to Netflix. Very nice welcome from the lady.

We had a kettle but no coffee/tea, etc. the shower/wet room was hot and powerful but facing the wall. Not a major problem if you’re happy to rinse, soap and rinse. The property is a 173baht Grab ride from DMK and be advised the nearest 7/11 and market is a 30-minute walk.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly host. Food available on the property. Close to the airport. Cold waiting in the fridge when you get to your room. Great stay!

I had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but it was a disappointment. First, I didn't receive a response when I contacted them in advance. After I checked in, the owner said she would clean my room daily, change towels, and provide water. However, I didn't want her in my room, so I asked her to leave towels and water in front of my room. She didn't leave any, and she didn't even collect the trash or used towels I left in front of my room. The shower water was too lukewarm. My room was on the second floor, so if someone was in the room, noise from the kitchen outside could be a problem. When I arrived, there was construction going on in the morning, which was quite noisy. When I checked in, there was hair on the toilet seat and in the refrigerator. The towels turned black after I wiped the table. I wish they'd put in a bit more effort into cleaning. Considering the location, amenities, and price, this wouldn't be my first choice.
