The staff was very friendly and professional !

There is hospitality, and then there is the hospitality of Miyuki and her daughter Shuko. Our two-night stay was among the highlights of our six-week Korea and Japan trip. From Miyuki wiping our luggage wheels upon arrival to Shuko’s thoughtful assistance, every detail reflected genuine care. The traditional breakfasts and two extraordinary dinners were culinary masterpieces, beautifully presented with seasonal ingredients and prepared with love. We came for Takeda Castle Ruins but left with something far more meaningful. Saying goodbye was emotional, with hugs and a photo together. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. An unforgettable experience!

Great family run place. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious. Comfortable tatami. We even had our private toilet in our room. Owners were very nice and helped plan our day trip for the next day.
