I've recently begun trying to travel more, (I was staying in Tenby partly to attend the joust event at Carew Castle some short distance away from Tenby) this was the first time I've ever booked an apartment stay rather than a hotel. If this quality is the standard I can expect elsewhere, then I've been missing a trick by booking hotels instead of cosy little apartments. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, pristine in fact with some complimentary aspects such as tea and coffee, milk in the fridge and so on that I wasn't expecting since this wasn't a standard hotel stay. A pleasant surprise. :) The bed was incredibly comfortable, shower excellent, having access to proper kitchen facilities while away was great. Hosts are easily contactable based on the prompt smd informative e-mail after my booking but fortunately I didn't need to reach out at any point but I imagine they would have been very helpful in the event it was necessary. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable and clean vibe throughout with interesting little historic features like the stone arch and wood beams on the ceiling in the bedroom area. Various amenities make it an ideal place to stay if you want something with a little more character, and more facilities/amenities than your typical hotel.

The location is great but it comes at a cost. I cant fault the appartment, its beautiful and very clean.

The noise and the constant loud chimes of the church bells. The lack of sleep because of this and not being made aware of it befor or upon arrival. Spoiled our stay because we were so tired. Almost went home after the first night but brought some ear plugs that managed to drowned it out a little. I think guests should be warned of this befor hand and the ear plugs,hidden in a little basket,in bathroom,wich we didnt find untill 3rd day, should be in a more visable place.
