Fijne, rustige plek met mooi uitzicht op El Teide vanaf de patio. Erg fijn om gebruik te kunnen maken van gemeenschappelijke faciliteiten zoals het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de tuin. De apparatuur in de keuken was erg schoon (wel redelijk gedateerd). Fijn dat het mogelijk is om dichtbij de accommodatie te parkeren. Plekken zijn wel krap, kan me voorstellen dat het bij volle bezetting in het hoogseizoen een beetje passen en meten is. De host is erg vriendelijk.
Het appartement kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Er zit een kier in de schuifdeur door de scheve muur. Hierdoor wordt het bij regen erg vochtig in het appartement en bladdert de verf af. De bank is “op” en niet meer comfortabel. De binnenverlichting weinig sfeervol (koel/helder blauw licht). Spotjes boven de bar naast de keuken werken niet.

La ubicación cerca de Icod de los Vinos, un pueblo precioso. El apartamento era amplio y la opción de poder usar la piscina y el spa y el jardín ha sido fantástico. El dueño estuvo pendiente en todo momento e incluso nos dejaron un detallito para los niños y nosotros el día de Navidad.
Por mejorar algo, quizás incluir algo más de menaje en la cocina iba un poco justo.

Pas grand chose .
La très mauvaise isolation phonique . du bruit à partir de 5h30 le mâtin l'impression que le voisin prend sa douche dans notre chambre . quand ils se mouchent parlent .... insupportable.
Lieux vétuste avec du salpêtre sur les murs . (je tiens de photos à disposition ).
